Countries that do not require Quarantine
Kenya: if you do not show signs of Covid 19
Turkey: you have to take a test if you show any symptoms
Rwanda: requiring 24h quarantine while test results return
Iceland: travelers have the option to either submit to a Covid-19 test on arrival, provide proof of a recently taken test with a negative result, or agree to a two-week quarantine.
Maldives: no quarantine, no need to produce proof of negative coronavirus test, no additional fees to pay
Aruba: either provide a negative test result taken no more than 72 hours before their visit, or receive a test on arrival.
Croatia: All foreign visitors must be able to supply evidence of a negative coronavirus test taken no longer than 48 hours before their arrival.
Greece: passengers selected to take the test must be quarantined overnight, pending results
Jamaica: required to complete a travel authorisation form within 72 hours of departure and be willing to undergo a test for Covid-19 on arrival.
Turkey: While tourists are not required to undergo Covid-19 tests before their trip, all visitors will receive a medical evaluation, including temperature checks, on arrival.
UAE: Tourists are required to take a Covid-19 test within four days of departure (96 hours). Those who are unable to provide proof of this on arrival will be tested at the airport.
And as always, EU citizens are allowed to travel within the EU borders.
US States and Quarantine
Maine: self-quarantine for two weeks or get tested for Covid-19.
Alaska: self-quarantine or get tested for Covid-19.
Rest of the states require a 14 days self-quarantine.

Cubans celebrate no local transmission of COVID-19 for first time in four months. Singapore; Leisure travel may not be possible this year. USA, Disney World: People were looking for "loopholes" to not wear a mask in Disney World. So Disney World banned visitors from eating and walking, so you always have to wear masks. Also, no masks, no picture taken. American Tourists Banned in Bahamas, others still welcome.
